But....we had 6,032 fresh apples from our apple picking weekend and I had to do something with them. What's a girl to do? Google easy things to do with fresh apples.....of course!

He chose applesauce...thank goodness! I called my mom and got the lowdown on applesauce in the crockpot and here you go!
Peel and cut 8 apples.
Put in slow cooker with 1 cup water.
Sprinkle 1/2 cupish sugar.
Sprinkle cinnamon.
Cook on high for 2 1/2 hoursish.
YUM!

Midcooking break! :)
