World Read Aloud Day

Monday, January 23, 2012
So sorry for not posting in the last few days! I have been (literally) up to my elbows with the Common Core math standards for first grade. I am writing a couple of units for the DoE and while I consider it an honor....wow, it is serious work. At one point, I called on my inner Dorie and said. "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming...." Look for freebies on the Teacher Action side, soon!

Blah, blah, blah!

In super exciting news, my profile is posted on the LitWorld site as we inch closer to World Read Aloud Day! Check it out! Have you made plans, yet?

Stay tuned for our plan and how YOU can help!

  1. Hi!
My name is Heather and I work for Worth Ave. Group. We’re currently holding a contest for K-12 teachers to win grants for their schools, and iPads or iPods for their classrooms. If you’re interested in participating or nominating a teacher, feel free to email me or visit the link I’ve posted below.
    Have a great day!
